Allie Duzett grew up outside of Washington, DC, in the most diverse city in the nation: Gaithersburg, Maryland. These days she lives with her husband and five children in Springville, Utah. She has a degree in Environmental Science, emphasis soil chemistry from BYU, but works in holistic health now. She has devoted years to creating an online library of on-demand guided meditations for emotional healing on specific topics, and she's made them mostly available by donation. Thus allowing people who can't afford traditional forms of emotional work to access emotional healing.
She has five books out on emotional healing, including her most recent book on boundaries. She can "tune in" to the energy of an emotional issue and easily "see" the underlying factors, and instantly create a guided meditation that will clear the emotion involved. Allie is passionate about helping eradicate pain!  Connect with Allie & her library:  https://allieduzettclasses.com/ & allieduzett.com
